Irrespective of numbers we can provide delivery of full service catering experience. We are provide standard menus with options and if required a bespoke Menu.

Sharing Platters for personal and corporate events including the Spitfire Platter
Sharing platters have been very popular for dinner parties and celebration events throughout the year. The also provide an ideal lunch and seasonal events. Brickhill Bistro can provide bespoke platters and also available from our standard menus.
These include: Ham (Spitfire), Vegetarian, Italian, Spitfire, Greek, French and Game with side dishes provided as part of the dining experience.
Ham Spitfire - Ham three ways, Boiled (with honey), Ham hock and beer braised. Slowed cooked pork. With home made pickle (sweet and savoury).
Italian - Slowed cooked pork, salami as a an anti-pasta plate. Served with a variety of Italian side side dishes.
Vegetarian -. Vegetarian Cheese, Marinated Tofu, Peppers, Roasted Aubergine, Mushroom
Christmas - Turkey, Beef, Chicken liver pate served with stuffing, mustard and pickles.
